Along with many organisations, Orthopaedic Associates Melbourne has put additional precautions into place to ensure the safety of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Getting in Touch
We are currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of calls. To ensure we get your message as quickly as possible, we recommend you email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Prime Minister announced on 21 April 2020 that elective surgeries, including knee, shoulder and hip replacements, can recommence as of Monday 27 April 2020. If you are affected by this, your surgeon will be in touch shortly to discuss your operation.
We are still able to make new appointments and see new patients, especially if you have an urgent case such as a fracture, acute tendon tear/rupture, or infection. To make an appointment, please email us at email@example.com
Many appointments are currently conducted via videoconference or telephone, although in some cases a face-to-face appointment is necessary. You will be contacted before your appointment with details of how to connect with your surgeon.
As we all know, this is a rapidly evolving situation. If recommendations change, our clinic will quickly react to update its arrangements. Although at this point we cannot predict what these changes may be, we will update you immediately if any of them affect your upcoming appointments, surgeries or care.
Should you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact your surgeon or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
